Mag Pouch

When i open carry i keep a loaded mag in the pistol. And one in the chamber.will i get into trouble?

Also my double mag. pouch is concealed under my shirt. i live in AZ.

Open carry is perfectly legal in AZ. A magazine (loaded or not) is not a firearm, and it doesn't matter if it is openly carried or concealed.

I can't see why somebody would carry an empty firearm. It's like having a car with an empty gas tank. Carrying with one in the chamber and a full magazine is perfectly legal and is quite normal.

As long as you are not prohibited from owning a firearm (a felon/mental/etc) and are not carrying where prohibited (courtroom/school/etc) you are within your rights to do so.
